Fabric is judged by hand and eye — and by data. Every bulk order at JC Textile passes inspection before it leaves China.
Our Inspection Points
- Composition & weight — verified against approved sample (GSM check)
- Width & shrinkage — measured and reported
- Color — compared to approved lab dip under standard light
- Defects — 4-point system grading on running yardage
- Packing — roll packing, labeling and carton check before loading
Reports You Can Trust
Inspection reports with photos are sent before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, BV) welcome at buyer’s cost.
Certifications
Mill-level certifications (OEKO-TEX, GRS etc.) available per product line — ask with your inquiry and we will confirm what applies.
